In the following months, you'll work alongside the team, gaining real-world experience while guiding certified divers and assisting instructors with courses. Sal’s expertise and one-on-one mentorship will ensure you leave the program as a well-rounded, confident dive professional ready for any challenge.

Minimum Age: 18 years old
Certification: Be certified in Deep Diving, Navigation, Night & Limited Visibility, and Diver Stress & Rescue
Experience: Minimum 40 logged dives to start, 60 dives required for certification
Commitment: The Divemaster Internship has a duration of four months
First Aid Certification: Must have completed a recognised First Aid, CPR & 02 provider course within 24 months
Health Requirements: Good general health, no major medical conditions (a medical signed by a doctor within the last 12 months is required)
Accommodation Not Included: Assistance available for finding housing on Phi Phi Island.

Is the Divemaster Internship really free?

Yes! The training is free, but there are additional costs for materials, certification fees, and personal dive equipment.
What if I don’t meet the pre-requisites yet?

Don’t worry, we are happy to bring you up to speed (for a discounted price) with any missing courses at the beginning of your internship.
How long does the internship take?

The duration of our internship is four months.
How many dives will I complete during the internship?

Most of our interns leave with around 200 - 250 logged dives.
Do I need my own dive equipment?

While we recommend having your own equipment, rental is included for the internship. We require a mask, dive computer, and SMB with Reel.
What are the living arrangements on Phi Phi Island?

Accommodation is not included, but we can assist in finding suitable options.
Can I work as a Divemaster after completing the internship?

Yes, you’ll be qualified to work as a Divemaster worldwide or continue your training as an instructor.
